Water

Non-potable water. The apartment is equipped with a UV lamp that sterilizes the water and makes it suitable for use in the bathroom and kitchen.

Waste sorting

The bin must be taken out of the house every evening and placed near the entrance. Please pay particular attention to proper waste separation and don’t forget to take out the garbage to prevent it from piling up. You will find specific bags for organic waste at home, as well as clear bags for the rest of the garbage. It is not possible to use other bags, which will not be collected.

It’s further away, but it’s worth considering. It’s a small jewel carved into the mountains. Matera is famous for its ancient rock-cut dwellings, called Sassi, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
